Some items are available for pre-order. Pre-order deliveries typically take 3–4 weeks. Pre-orders cannot be returned, but if your item arrives defective, we’ll replace it. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to arrange an exchange.

Regular orders: Once you place your order, we process it within 24 hours. Local deliveries across South Africa usually arrive within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Pre-orders: Pre-ordered items are made in limited quantities and may take 3–4 weeks to be ready for shipping. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process. Once your item ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link so you know exactly when it will arrive.

Important note: Delivery times can occasionally vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
